User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the owner of the Kod Lace website, registered in the Republic of Poland (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration"), and the individual (hereinafter referred to as the "User") utilizing the Kod Lace website for the purposes of browsing, purchasing digital and physical goods, and obtaining information.
By using the website, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Kod Lace website provides access to digital products (patterns), fabrics, lace, hardware, sewing accessories, and other related information (collectively, "Products").
1.2. The User agrees to use the website and its content solely in compliance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland, the terms of this Agreement, and the intended purpose of the website.
1.3. The Administration reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User. Such amendments shall become effective upon publication on the website.
1.4. Access to certain features, including the personal account, requires User registration, during which the User must provide accurate and truthful information.
2. Registration and Order Placement
2.1. To place an order, the User must provide accurate and complete contact and payment details.
2.2. All digital products (patterns) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable pursuant to applicable laws governing digital content.
2.3. Upon successful payment, the User will receive access to download the purchased files either via their personal account or through a secure download link sent to the email address provided at registration.
2.4. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities occurring under their account.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. All patterns, images, descriptions, instructions, and other materials available on the website are the intellectual property of the Administration or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2. The User is prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, reselling, publishing, transmitting to third parties, or otherwise commercially exploiting any content from the website without prior written permission from the Administration.
4. Liability
4.1. The Administration shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the misuse of the patterns or materials, discrepancies between the User's expectations and the actual results, or errors made during measurements.
4.2. All product descriptions, recommendations, and instructions are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific results.
4.3. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during registration and order placement.
5. Personal Data Processing
5.1. By placing an order and registering on the website, the User consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of order fulfillment, account management, and communication.
5.2. The Administration commits to maintaining the confidentiality of the User’s personal data and not to disclose it to third parties except as required by applicable law in the Republic of Poland or as necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., shipping providers).

6. Returns and Order Cancellation
6.1. Refunds for digital products (patterns) will not be issued once the User has been granted access to download them.
6.2. Returns of physical goods, if applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the return policy published on the website.
6.3. The User may cancel an order prior to receiving access to the digital product or prior to the shipment of physical goods.
7. Contacting the Administration
7.1. Users may contact the Administration via email or telephone as indicated on the website.
7.2. Inquiries will be processed during business days within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon the User’s first use of the website.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.
8.3. Should the User disagree with any part of this Agreement, they must immediately cease using the website and its services.
