Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges of Non-Defective Items

1.1. Digital products (sewing patterns) are non-refundable once downloaded, in accordance with digital content laws.
1.2. Fabrics, lace, elastic bands, and other cut-to-length items are non-returnable.
1.3. Other physical goods may be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
1.4. Please contact the Store in advance to initiate a return process.

2. Returns of Defective or Damaged Items

2.1. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged in transit, you are entitled to a free replacement or refund.
2.2. Contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item and provide photo or video evidence.
2.3. A refund or replacement will be issued after the returned item is received and the issue confirmed.

3. Exceptions

3.1. The following items are non-returnable:

• Downloaded digital products
• Cut-to-order goods (e.g., fabric, lace, elastic)
• Used or altered items
• Items damaged by the customer

4. Return Procedure and Refund Timeline

4.1. Returns must be coordinated in advance with the Store.
4.2. The customer is responsible for secure packaging of returned items.
4.3. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
4.4. Refunds are processed via the original payment method or another method agreed upon by both parties.
