1. Shipping

Digital Products (PDF sewing patterns):

• Delivered instantly after payment confirmation.
• A download link is sent to your email and is also available in your Ecwid account.

Physical Products (fabrics, lace, supplies):

• We ship worldwide except to the Russian Federation.
• Available shipping methods and rates are automatically shown during checkout.
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery time depends on destination and selected shipping method.

2. Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs for physical items are calculated automatically in your cart, based on:
  • total package weight and dimensions,
  • shipping destination,
  • selected shipping carrier.
• Digital products are delivered for free via download.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products:

• Not eligible for return or refund once download access is granted, as per digital content regulations.

Physical Products:

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt.
• Include clear photos of the issue. After verification, we’ll issue a refund or ship a replacement free of charge.
